Why haven't I been approved to bid?

The auctioneer needs to approve your registration before you can bid – they’re the only ones who can let you participate in their auction.

Typically, you'll be automatically approved, however, there are some exceptions where you may find you're still pending the auctioneer's approval. The most common reason for this is that you haven't verified your email address. When you first created your account with us, we sent you a link via email to verify you email address - please ensure that you have completed this step. 

If you feel that your information is correct and verified, please contact the auctioneer to request approval of your registration.
