What can I do if I’m unhappy with my item?

We're sorry if you’re unhappy with your purchase. We always want our bidders to take home items they absolutely love.

When you bid in an auction, there is no right of return. Just like when you’re in an auction room, bidding online is a contractual commitment to buy.

That’s why we recommend you find out all you can about an item before you bid. To make it really easy for you, you can talk directly to each auctioneer by using our ‘Ask a question’ feature (found on the lot details page). Click here to learn about the 'Ask a question' feature. 

To dispute any purchases on our site, you will need to speak with the auctioneer directly. As Bidspotter only provides the platform for auctions to be held online and we do not handle any of the inventory or payments ourselves.
