If you have been blocked from bidding by an auctioneer, you will receive an email from us telling you which auction house has blocked you. If you wish to have the block removed you will need to contact the auctioneer who has placed the block, and discuss the matter further. You'll find their contact details on the email.
The most common reason for a block is failure to pay for won items, however, the reason an auctioneer may choose to block a bidder from their auctions can vary.
If you are blocked by "Bidspotter North America" this is considered a 'Flag' to mark a bidder for not making payment on a won item. If you would like to dispute the block, please email support@bidspotter.com. Additionally, if you have paid for the items and believe to have been blocked incorrectly, please email support@bidspotter.com with an explanation of the situation as well as proof of payment. After 6 months of good standing on your account, you can request that the flag be reviewed for possible removal by emailing support@bidspotter.com.
