Where is my deposit?

All deposits taken by credit/debit card are initiated and held by the auctioneer. Your deposit will be released back to your account after the auction has concluded. This typically takes 3-5 business days but can take up to 3 business weeks depending on the financial institution. Please keep in mind that when a deposit is taken from your account, the funds are held and not withdrawn. When a hold is released, the transaction will drop from your statement and not show as a charge or deposit of funds.
