Typically there are no spending limits placed when it comes to bidding in an auction on BidSpotter. An auction may require a deposit or ask what you plan to spend in an auction, but neither are a restriction on your bidding unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the auction.
There are multiple places you can locate the terms and conditions, a few of these ways have been listed below.
First: During the registration of any auction.
Second: By selecting the red banner at the top of an auction catalog that reads "Click here for important information before bidding".
Third: On page of each lot in the catalog you can view the terms and conditions by selecting T&Cs & Important info, located a few tabs to the right of the lot Description tab.
If you have any questions regarding the auctioneers terms and conditions, payment, removal, or even approval for an auction, we would always recommend reaching out to the auctioneer directly.
