How do I register for an auction?

To sign up for an auction, you'll first need to be on the main catalog page of the auction you are interested in. Located to the right of the auction title, there is a blue button reading 'Sign up to bid'.

You will be required to fill out the below form with all information requested. Please keep in mind that not all auctioneers require a credit card to register for their auction. If a card is not required, the 'My cards' option will not be displayed.

Before you are able to complete your registration, you will be required to read and accept the Auctioneer's Terms & Conditions and check the box once you have. After which you will select 'Complete your sign up' at the bottom. 

Note: Once registration has been completed you will need to be approved by the auctioneer to participate in the auction. Receiving approval typically takes 24-48 hours. If the auction you are interested in is within 48 hours or if you have been pending approval for longer than the allotted time, you may need to reach out to the auctioneer to obtain approval.

First time registering for an auction?

When it is your first time registering for an auction, the registration process looks a little different. First it will ask for your first and last name as well as your address information. After you enter the required information, be sure to click the blue Next button to advance in the registration.

Note: Do not put a business name in your address as it may result in an error.

If a credit card is required for this auction, you will be prompted to add a card to your account.

Once your card has been added successfully, be sure to select 'click here' to continue to the last step of registration.

The last steps will be to read and accept the Auctioneer's Terms & Conditions and check the box once you have. After which you will select 'Complete your sign up' at the bottom.
