Once you're signed in to your bidspotter.com account, click on "Hi Yourname" in the top right hand corner of the site.
This will take you to you account settings. Here you will be able to see your account details as well as update some of your account information.
Account details
- Your Bidder ID is your Bidder Identification Number used within Bidspotter. Each bidder has a unique Bidder ID assigned to them.
- Email Address displays the email address on your account and whether or not it has been verified.
- Telephone will display the phone number on your account and whether or not it has been verified. Additionally you will be able to change the phone number by selecting "Change".
- You can also view your Title, First Name, Last Name, Company and Timezone on your account.
- You can edit your Title, First Name, Last Name, Company, Tax No., or Timezone by clicking on "Edit Details" at the bottom of "Account Details". Once you've made the necessary changes, select "Save" to finalize your changes.
My address details
- You can view and remove your address here. To remove an address from your account, first select "Remove an address".
- Once you've selected the address you want to remove, click on "Delete" to remove the address.
- You will see a confirmation message to ensure the proper addresses are being removed. If the selection is correct, click "Yes".
- After it's been removed, you will receive a confirmation message at the top of your screen.
My Wallet
- You can view and remove the credit cards on your account here. To remove a card from your account, first select "Remove a card".
- Once you've selected the card(s) you want to remove, click on "Delete".
- You will see a confirmation message to ensure the proper cards are being removed. If the selection is correct, click "Yes".
- After it's been removed, you will receive a confirmation message at the top of your screen.
My Subscriptions
- We offer a variety of free newsletter subscriptions you can subscribe to. Select "Edit Free Subscriptions" to make any changes to your subscriptions.
- After selecting or de-selecting any subscriptions, select save to finalize your selection.
- You will receive a confirmation at the top of the page when the change has been made.
My Password
- To change your password, simply select "Change Password".
- You will be required to enter your current/old password, new password and retype your new password. Once all the information has been entered, select Save.
- Once the password has been updated, you will receive a confirmation of the change at the top of your screen.
